1 – DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS
UK delivery is £10 for orders under £200 and complimentary for orders of £200 or more. All UK orders are sent via UPS. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible. Next-day delivery within the UK and same-day delivery within London may be available at an additional cost.
U.S. delivery is $25 for orders under $300 and complimentary for orders of $300 or more. European delivery is €25/£25 for orders under €300/£300 and complimentary for orders of €300/£300 or more. Duties and taxes are included for U.S. and European orders. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Portugal or Switzerland due to local hallmarking regulations.
Shipping to all other destinations is £30 and excludes import duties and taxes. These orders may incur customs charges on entry into the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order. Please note that we are unable to declare a different value when shipping your order.
All international orders are sent via UPS and are fully trackable.
2 – DESPATCH TIME
Our standard despatch time is 1–3 working days. Please note that we are unable to despatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Despatch times apply to in-stock products only. The expected shipment date for pre-order and made-to-order items will be shown on the relevant product page and confirmed by email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
3 – PRE-ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER
Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the relevant product page, together with the estimated delivery window. Made-to-order items will also be clearly identified on the product page.
When purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order item, payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Your order confirmation will include the estimated delivery window, and once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
