1 – RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please email info@studiodeve.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: Made-to-order and personalised pieces, Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved and received in accordance with our returns policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

For international returns, we cannot refund any customs duties, taxes or import fees paid. To help avoid delays or additional charges, please clearly mark your parcel "Returned Goods".

EU Customers

If you wish to exercise your statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU consumer law, please use our dedicated Withdrawal form, available in the footer of our website. This process is separate from our standard returns procedure.


2 – MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If you should wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at info@studiodeve.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped we will be able to accommodate changes.

If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our returns procedure once you have received your order. You are able to return an item within 14 days of purchase. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items and earrings.


3 – DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via email at info@studiodeve.com. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may initiate the return process with the shipping company. Unfortunately, damage caused to items through normal wear and tear are non-refundable and will not be accepted.
