La Cité Radieuse, a revolutionary building designed by the legendary architect Le Corbusier, was affectionately known as “La Maison du Fada” (the madman’s house) by the inhabitants of Marseille, including my grandfather. Our new collection, Edition 03, celebrates the eclectic beauty of modernist architecture and art from the south of France and Catalonia, regions renowned for their rich, colorful heritage. Just as these architectural masterpieces combine various elements to create harmonious spaces, our pieces feature a mix of semi-precious gemstones—lapis lazuli, red jasper, malachite, and tiger’s eye—reflecting the bold, primary colors that characterise modernist architecture. Elsewhere, curved shapes reminiscent of the sun pay homage to the feeling of perpetual summer I experience as a child growing up in South of France.
