Wave Motion Ring

Sterling silver

£275

The Wave Motion ring draws inspiration from the philosophy of Keiji Uematsu. Seeking to make visible the invisible relationships between objects and the spaces they inhabit, he created art in which removing a single element would cause the whole structure, physically or metaphysically, to collapse. A homage to nature’s laws of cause and effect, this signet-inspired ring evokes an image of a stone, disrupting and distributing ripples across a pond’s surface.

The Wave Motion ring is thoughtfully crafted in your choice of sterling silver 925 or 18k gold vermeil, inset with lapis lazuli. With a width of 15mm and a thickness of 5mm, the inner diameter of the band varies according to which of the following sizes is selected.
Size 52: 16.5mm – Size 54: 17.3mm – Size 56: 17.9mm
Please note, all stones are natural gemstones and will present variations in colour and pattern.

All of the materials that we use in our jewellery are ethically and sustainably sourced using Fair Mined certified gold and predominantly recycled silver.
The Wave Motion Ring is cast and assembled in Thailand by a community of artisans from our partner factory, Boma. The gold vermeil option is finished in the UK by our plating specialist, D&M. Read more about the story behind our pieces and their makers here.
