Shell No.1 Necklace – Medium

Sterling silver

£275

Description

The nautilus shell’s curved, nacreous inner layer reacts with light in extraordinary ways. Shell, No.1 is inspired by the iridescence of this organic material, reinterpreted in subtly reflective silver and gold vermeil. Satisfyingly rounded on both sides, this modern pendant catches light in different ways as you move through your day; an understated elevation to any ensemble.

Shell, No.1 is thoughtfully crafted in your choice of sterling silver 925 or 18k gold vermeil. The pendant, measuring 28mm across and 8mm thick, is elegantly balanced upon a 50cm long and 1mm thick box chain.

All of the materials that we use in our jewellery are ethically and sustainably sourced using Fair Mined certified gold and predominantly recycled silver.
The Shell No.1 necklaces are cast and assembled in Thailand by a community of artisans from our partner factory, Boma. The gold vermeil option is finished in the UK by our plating specialist, D&M. Read more about the story behind our pieces and their makers here.
